ADDENDUM No. 1
To Build Broadband Network and provide Internet Access Connectivity Services in 4 Districts of Province 5
IFA No. 03/NTA/2076/77

Pursuant to Clause No. 10 of ITA of Request for Application (RFA) document, all prospective Applicants are hereby informed that following are the amendment made in the RFA Documents for above said contract:

| Para 3 Clause ITA 5.2 Xiii of Section II Application Data Sheet | Applicant should have strong financing capacity to finance the building and operating of Network either through sufficient cash balance or Line of Credit in Format of RFA for NRs Seven Hundred Million from A Class Commercial Bank or any Financial Institution eligible to issue Bank Guarantee as per prevailing Law for this Project. | Applicant should have strong financing capacity to finance the building and operating of Network either through sufficient cash balance or assured letter from Bank or any Financial Institution eligible as per prevailing Law for issuing Line of Credit in Format of RFA for NRs Four Hundred Million before signing contract.
Note: SLO shall submit Line of Credit as mentioned above before signing contract if SLO have not sufficient fund. The NTA shall forfeit the bid security and disqualified for this bidding process, in case SLO fail to furnish the Line of credit. |

Note: If any case is filed in court regarding RTDF and Royalty dues (Beruju), it will be carried out as per the order of court.
