Ltd., Chitwan, Nepal  for execution of the contract for Construction of office space in Nachghar, Jamal (Contract No. 01-NTA-Work-2077/78), as given in the Contract Data/SCC to you as your Bid Price of NRs 26,015,507.81 (NRs Twenty Six Million Fifteen Thousand Five Hundred Seven and Eighty One Paisa only) including VAT as corrected and modified in accordance with Instructions to Bidders is hereby selected as substantially responsive lowest evaluated bid
