Invitation for Bids for the Design, Supply, Install and Commission for establishing IT familiar Conference Hall in Account Committee of Federal Parliament of Nepal

1. NTA has own fund and part of the proceeds of this fund will be used for payment under the contract for the Design, Supply, Install and Commission for establishing IT familiar Conference Hall in Account Committee of Federal Parliament of Nepal.
2. NTA invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Design, Supply, Install and Commission for establishing IT familiar Conference Hall in Account Committee of Federal Parliament of Nepal under National competitive bidding procedures specified in Public Procurement Act and Regulations.
3. Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Nepal Telecommunications Authority, Kamaladi, Kathmandu, Nepal, Tel: 977-1-4255474, Fax: +977-1-4255250, Email: ntra@nta.gov.np, www.nta.gov.np or may visit PPMO egp system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
4. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the office Nepal Telecommunications Authority, Kamaladi, Kathmandu, Nepal, Tel: 977-1-4255474, Fax: +977-1-4255250, Email: ntra@nta.gov.np, www.nta.gov.np by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs 5,000.00 (In words: NRs Five Thousand only) till 30 March-2021 during office hours.

Bidder may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO’s e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically,  should  deposit  the  cost  of  bidding  document  in  the following  Rajaswa (revenue)  account  as  specified  below  .

5. Electronic bids must be submitted to the office Nepal Telecommunications Authority, Kamaladi, Kathmandu, Nepal through PPMO’s e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 Hr on 31 March-2021. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
6. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 31 March-2021 at 13:00 Hr at the office of Nepal Telecommunications Authority, Kamaladi, Kathmandu. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security, amounting to a minimum of NRs. 7, 50,000.00, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
7. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
8. Nepal Telecommunications Authority will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in connection with the preparation or delivery of Bids.
