 Invitation for Bids for supply, installation and commissioning of Mobile Battery Testing System

1. Nepal Telecommunications Authority (NTA) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for supply, installation and commissioning of Mobile Battery Testing System.
2. Eligible Bidders, having minimum average annual turnover of NRs 25,00,000.00 during the last 3 years, may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Nepal Telecommunications Authority, ShreeKunj Sadan, Kamaladi, Kathmandu, Nepal, Telephone No.: +977-1-4255474, Fax:+977-1-4255250, e-mail:ntra@nta.gov.np.
3. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the office Nepal Telecommunications Authority, ShreeKunj Sadan, Kamaladi, Kathmandu, Nepal by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs 3,000/-(Three Thousands only) on or before 16th May, 2019 during office hours.

4. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Nepal Telecommunications Authority, ShreeKunj Sadan, Kamaladi, Kathmandu, Nepal at 2:00 P.M (Local time), 10^th May, 2019.
5. Sealed bid must be submitted to Nepal Telecommunications Authority, ShreeKunj Sadan, Kamaladi, Kathmandu, Nepal by hand/courier on or before 12:00 P.M on 19^th May, 2019 . Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
6. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 1:00 P.M (Local Time) 19th May 2019 at the office of Nepal Telecommunications Authority, ShreeKunj Sadan, Kamaladi, Kathmandu, Nepal. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security deposit amounting to a minimum of NRs. NRs 75,000.00, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
7. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
8. NTA will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in connection with the preparation or delivery of Bids.
9. NTA reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or in part, any or all the Applications.
