Notice for Cancellation of Bids

This is with reference to BID issued by Nepal Telecommunications Authority (NTA) on 17th, October, 2019 and bids submitted on 17th November, 2019 for Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Probing based Quality of Service Measurement System under Contract Identification No. 01-NTA-QOSMS-2076/77.
This is to inform that BIDs received are substantially non-responsive. So, NTA decided to cancel all the bids and bidding process according to clause 26 of Public Procurement Act, 2063.
